What to Expect
As a new client to our practice you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. When you arrive for your appointment please come 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out all necessary new patient information. The new patient form can be downloaded and printed to fill out at home and bring to the office with you. Please bring any previous vaccination information with you to the first appointment. If you do not have any previous vaccination information please let us know where vaccines were last done and we can call for records.
When you arrive for your appointment you will be warmly greeted and we will get you into an examination room as soon as one is available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, although should an emergency arise there may be some unexpected delays. We will do our best to minimize these as much as possible.
You will first see a veterinary assistant or technician who will take a history and gather some data for the doctor. Next a veterinarian will see your pet, answer your questions, and plan for all future diagnostics or necessary treatments. Your assistant/technician will then wrap things up and provide you with any further information or appointments needing scheduled.
We look forward to meeting you and your animals!
